On September 13, 2024, in the elegant interiors of the Art Hotel Wrocław, the 4th meeting with Maciej Dobrzyniecki took place, entitled “Team Management in a Restaurant”
The special guest was Patrycja Siwiec – co-author of the books “Hospitality. The Art of Good Service in Gastronomy” and “Hospitality from the Kitchen”, which were awarded the prestigious Prix de la Littérature Gastronomique. Patrycja Siwiec is also a journalist specializing in wine and gastronomy and a graduate of The Court of Master Sommeliers and The Wines and Spirits Education Trust. She gained her experience in renowned vineyards and Michelin restaurants, such as Chateau Castigno in France, Northcote in Great Britain and El Celler de Can Roca in Spain.
The meeting aimed to show how to implement, among other things, the ideas of hospitality in restaurants, how to talk to employees and motivate them, how to improve the atmosphere in the team.
The meeting was intended for managers, dining room managers and restaurant owners.
The meeting was organized in cooperation with the Economic Development Office and the Department of City Promotion and Tourism of the Wrocław City Office, allowing participants to deepen their knowledge on effective personnel management in gastronomy.
