Model of Accessible Tourism Standards is a practical tool designed to support tourism sector stakeholders in designing and communicating the accessibility of their services. The document was commissioned by the Wrocław Tourism Organization and developed on the basis of research conducted in Wrocław, as well as an analysis of existing regulations and best practices from Poland and abroad.

The model addresses accessibility in architectural, digital, communication, and organizational dimensions. Its key component is a self-assessment questionnaire, which enables tourism facilities to reliably determine their level of accessibility and transparently communicate this information to visitors.

The document is intended for managers of accommodation facilities, tourist attractions, cultural institutions, restaurants, and event organizers who want to systematically develop services that are accessible to everyone.
