World Tourism Day celebrations were held on October 4, 2022, organized by the Lower Silesian Chamber of Tourism – a member of the Wrocław Tourism Organization.
A key moment of the program was the presentation of designations, awards and certificates. Among the awardees was the Wrocław Zoo, which is also a member of the Wrocław Tourism Organisation, and which received from the hands of the Lower Silesian Tourism Organisation the PTO’s Golden Certificate (the regional level), in the competition for the Best Tourist Product of Lower Silesia in 2022.
The awards were presented by Marshal Krzysztof Maj and President of the Board of the Lower Silesian Tourism Organisation Adam Zawada.
