Since 2022 Igor Arent-Rabiej has been the Executive Chef at the Craft Restaurant. He has been associated with Wrocław gastronomy for years.
When creating Craft, he is guided by the idea of rendering what is primal in food. To achieve this, he and his team minimize the impact of modern factors and use techniques and compositions that do not obscure the taste of the products.
Craft is an award-winning restaurant. In 2023, it was awarded by the Food Business Awards in the “Best Hotel Restaurant” category. In May 2024, Craft joined the elite group of the best restaurants in Poland according to the Poland 100 Best Restaurants Guide.
Craft’s specialty is beef tartare, which has been on the menu since the beginning of the restaurant’s existence. This is a showcase of Polish cuisine, which we serve with different ingredients, depending on the season. Craft is also known for its bread ice cream. The dessert created in the spirit of zero-waste philosophy surprises and delights guests.
