Kolejkowo is the largest railway model exhibition in Poland. It is a one-of-a-kind place that delights not only railway enthusiasts. It’s a magical journey into a wonderful world where the day lasts 9 minutes, the night 4 minutes, and tiny residents called Kolejkowiczanie lead (not always) peaceful lives in their homes. The clatter of passing trains, blinking streetlights, the bustle of the city, nightlife, the calm of the countryside, holidays by the water – everyday life captured in full detail and from every perspective.
In this miniature world, happiness, joy, and play intertwine with moments of reflection and contemplation. There is no shortage of everyday surprises: roadworks, a minor collision, an occupied parking space, a fleeing thief, a lovers’ rendezvous, or a crowded tram stop.
Kolejkowo is a miniature reflection of real life. Tenement houses from Wrocław’s Market Square, the meteorological observatory on Śnieżka, the Świebodzki Railway Station, and even a small bench in a restaurant on Bogusławskiego Street are just some of our realistic miniatures. The buildings faithfully reflect their real-life appearance, and on the tiny faces of the Kolejkowiczanie you can spot every grimace and smile.
