ODRé is a French fine casual restaurant by the Odra (Oder) River, where the Parisian spirit meets the rhythm of the city of a hundred bridges.
Using both French and regional products, we serve classic dishes in a modern form – from onion soup and a 60-day dry-aged ribeye with café de Paris butter to profiteroles with crème diplomate, praline ice cream, and chocolate.
The kitchen is led by Head Chef Mateusz Konieczko and Sous Chef Dawid Zimny, a duo built on craftsmanship, experience, and a shared vision.
The wine list focuses on France, complemented by biodynamic producers, well-known international labels, and local selections.
ODRé has an informal, energetic atmosphere. Closely set tables, an open kitchen, and a central bar create a natural connection between the team and the guests. It’s a place for conversation and interaction, filled with French joie de vivre and the pleasure of being together at the table.
We celebrate simple pleasures – from afternoon meetings over a glass of wine to evening rendez-vous by candlelight.
