The à la carte restaurant at Arche Klasztor is an elegant and stylish venue where we focus on the highest quality ingredients and discreet service. We combine inspirations from world cuisine with classic Polish flavors, basing our menu on seasonal, carefully selected products, including herbs and vegetables grown in our monastery garden.
The kitchen is led by Volodymyr Skulinets, a chef with international experience, valued for his creative flavor combinations and his work with natural, unprocessed ingredients.
We also invite you to visit our café located in beautiful historic interiors, where history meets exceptional taste.
Additionally, we offer exceptional culinary facilities and unique spaces that give our venue its distinctive character. Our menu is based on high-quality regional and seasonal ingredients, with approximately 90% of products sourced from local suppliers. The dishes are inspired by traditional recipes combined with a modern culinary approach, meeting the expectations of even the most discerning guests.
We also operate our own in-house pastry shop, where we create cakes and desserts that delight with both taste and presentation—perfect for special occasions. Guests can enjoy a cozy, atmospheric bar located in a restored historic monastery utility space, featuring original cross vaults, exposed brick walls, and preserved historic floor tiles.
The experience is completed by distinctive interiors that blend historical charm with modern comfort, as well as a picturesque park that provides an ideal setting for relaxation and leisurely walks.
