Restaurant Arche Klasztor
The kitchen is headed by Volodymyr Skulinets. He spent part of his childhood in Ukraine and Italy. From a young age, he was fascinated by simple, good food as an essential element of a happy and healthy life. From his family home, he learned the habit of cooking with seasonal produce and preparing food from scratch, using raw, unprocessed ingredients. He honed his professional skills working abroad, among others: in the Czech Republic, France, and Italy. In Poland, he participated in restaurant openings in Karpacz, Bolesławiec, and Szczecin. In his daily work, he is valued for his skill and willingness to share his experience and for his unusual flavor combinations.
We invite you to visit our café in its beautiful, historic interior.
Travel back in time and discover the magic of a place where history meets exceptional flavor.

The restaurant is located in a stylish space with preserved historical elements: cross vaults, brickwork, large windows, sculptures, and original architecture. The building itself is part of a complex that serves as a hotel and conference center, while also hosting cultural events (exhibitions, concerts, and other special events).
The à la carte restaurant at Arche Klasztor is an elegant and stylish venue where we prioritize high-quality ingredients and discreet service. We embrace international cuisine and value its versatility. In our seasonal menu offerings, we don’t limit ourselves to a single style or cuisine, but focus on the best ingredients currently available. We grow some of our own herbs and vegetables in the monastery garden.
