On January 15, a meeting with Maciej Dobrzyniecki, President of the Polish Academy of Gastronomy, took place at Hard Rock Cafe Wroclaw. The discussions focused on quality in gastronomy, the role of the professional community, and the importance of cooperation in building a strong and credible culinary offer.
