The competition for the “Best Tourist Product – POT Certificate” has been held since 2003 and has already become a tradition. Every year, the winners are new and often unknown tourist products. The level of the competition increases with each edition.
The aim of the competition is to select and promote the most attractive, innovative and tourist-friendly tourist products in Poland, as well as to support regional and local initiatives that result in the creation of new offers.
The competition, as in previous years, has two stages. First, the best in the region will be selected (applications are accepted until August 31, 2023, and the results will be announced at the beginning of October), who will then be submitted by the Lower Silesian Tourist Organization to the nationwide stage, the results of which will be announced on November 28, 2023.
The winners will be awarded the title of the Best Tourist Product in 2023, and a promotional campaign for the winners will take place in the following calendar year.
Currently, POT Certificates are awarded in four types:
– POT certificate
– Tourist Discovery of the Year (for products operating on the market less than 2 years)
– POT Gold Certificate
– Certificate of Internet users
