On October 4-6, 2024, the Tour Salon Fair was held at the Poznań International Fair. For three days, travel enthusiasts, professionals from the tourism industry and exhibitors from Poland and abroad created a unique atmosphere full of inspiration, knowledge and new opportunities.
Tour Salon and accompanying events, including the Caravans Salon Poland fair of campers, caravans and equipment, the Yacht Salon fair of floating equipment and water sports, the Traces of Dreams Travel Festival and the Tup Tup Family Travel Festival, attracted as many as 37,745 visitors. This year’s edition showed that tourism is not only about discovering the world, but also about building relationships and sharing experiences.
Wrocław and the Wrocław Tourism Organisation shared a stand with the Lower Silesian Tourism Organization. At our joint stand there were: ZOO Wrocław, Hydropolis, Aquapark Wrocław, Lower Silesian Tourist Organization and their members – Time Gates, Kopalnia św. Jan in Krobica Underground Tourist Route, Osówka Underground City, Kletno Uranium Mine, ŚWIDNICA market square with traditions, Papermaking Museum, CONDO.PL hotels (Hotel Tremonti Karpacz, BERGO Resort & Spa, ski-raft.pl.
Right next to it was Kolejkowo with its unique model.
During the three days of the fair, we were visited by a large number of guests who plan to spend time in Wrocław in the near future. Most often, these will be weekend stays and several-day organized trips.
In addition to the top places in Wrocław, such as the Zoo and Africarium, the Centennial Hall and the Panorama of the Battle of Racławice, visitors to our stand were also interested in the Zajezdnia History Center, where they can learn about the history of Wrocław after 1945, the oldest Piwnica Świdnicka Restaurant in Europe and the Stu Mostów Brewery, which gives the opportunity to including getting to know the brewery and beer “from the kitchen” 😊
