On November 13, 2024, members of the Wrocław Tourism Organisation (WROt) met in Messa Marina for the “WROtowe – networking” event. It was an excellent opportunity to discuss the current activities and strategies of the organization, presented by the president of WROt, Alfred Wagner. During the meeting, the organization’s plans and activities were not only discussed, but also members of the organization were presented, including Laguna Bistro and Restarant Craft, who shared their initiatives and plans.
One of the key topics was a discussion on the effects of the recent flood that affected Wrocław and its surroundings. In this part of the meeting, the following spoke: Andrzej Rzeźwicki from Messa Marina, Grażyna Jędrkowiak from CityBoats, Ewa Morrison from eventZOOne and Przemysław Jaworski from Wrocmania – Much more than sightseeing, who shared their experiences and challenges they faced in this situation. The exchange of views on this issue was particularly valuable, and the participants drew attention to the need for further cooperation and mutual support in crisis situations.
At the end of the meeting, the guests had the opportunity to take part in a tasting of Italian wines, organized by Tomasz Łukawiecki from ERA WINA. The presented wines from the Veneto, Molise and Puglia regions allowed the participants to discover the richness of the Italian wine culture and develop their knowledge about drinks straight from Italy.
The meeting was an excellent opportunity to establish new contacts and exchange inspiration between members of the tourism industry. We would like to thank everyone present for their participation and encourage us to follow further information about the activities of the new members of the Wrocław Tourism Organisation, which will soon appear on the official WROt channels.
