On April 28, 2025, the 16th Tourism Promotion Forum took place at the Wrocław Congress Center – one of the key events in the Polish tourism industry. The forum gathered over 30 experts and hundreds of participants from across the country, becoming a vital platform for exchanging experiences and discussing the future of tourism promotion.

The event was organized by the editorial team of WaszaTurystyka.pl in cooperation with the Wrocław Tourism Organization and the Lower Silesian Tourism Organization. The forum was held under the honorary patronage of the Ministry of Sport and Tourism and the Polish Tourism Organization.

Technology in the service of tourism promotion – discussions on the use of artificial intelligence in tourism marketing, including the debate “Will AI replace travel agencies?” featuring leaders from Rainbow Tours, eSky, Travelplanet, and Itaka.

The green future of tourism – presentations and debates focusing on sustainable tourism development, with the participation of representatives from science centers and transportation companies.
