The Year of Copernicus at the Ossolineum concludes with the stationary exhibition “Copernicus – Influences,” which aims to present the influence of the Torun astronomer on modern science and European society. Its title is a reference to the Old French word “influences” meaning the impact of one thing on another, especially the influence of celestial bodies on the course of events on Earth.
