BABA is an intimate place where, in a small space, amidst crafts and art, you can experience the author’s cuisine, a wide range of wines, progressive cocktails and selected distillates.
BABA is an intimate venue where in a small space, amidst craft and art, you can experience authentic cuisine, an extensive wine list, progressive cocktails and select distillates.
We focus on all the produce that comes through our doors, we have a weakness for vegetables, but we don’t stop there. We feed according to the cycles of nature, switching levers throughout the year between vegetables, fish and meat. The menu evolves with the availability of our crops and the capabilities of the trusted producers we rely on. We are strongly connected to a viable farm-to-table concept. We use organically grown vegetables, herbs flowers and fruits, which are grown by Natalia and Dominik from the pro-ecological field Jedzeniogród and grow on extremely fertile land near Wroclaw. During the winter season, we draw on our stock of preserves, as well as frost-resistant plants.
At Baba, we juxtapose Polish and worldly things, without restrictions, and combine many cooking techniques. We focus on a very wide range of low intervention, classic wines and a modern approach to cocktails. Our restaurant was designed by Zuza and Piotr Paradowscy of Paradowski Studio.
