Browar Stu Mostów
Browar Stu Mostow is the first production brewery in Wroclaw since 2004. The brewery has a taproom with an open plan from which looks over the brewery where guests can observe the production process. The brewery was founded in 2014 by Arletta and Greg Ziemian, who chose Wroclaw as their home and the site of the brewery. Brewery is a member of the Lower Silesian Chamber of Crafts and the first Polish member of The Brewers Association.
Hi, we are Browar Stu Mostów brewery from Wrocław! We proudly brew classic and new wave beers which are a combination of two approaches to modern brewing – rediscovering the tradition and taking advantage of the opportunities offered by the beer revolution. We brew styles that differ significantly from each other to show how rich the world of beer can be. We are located in Wrocław – a city with rich brewing traditions dating back to the 12th century. The idea for starting a brewery came from a dream of good, polish craft beer and also a longing for a simpler and a bit slower life. Hence the classic technology, the natural brewing process and the reconstruction of the beer-drinking culture in Wrocław. The brewery itself is not only about brewing beer but also promoting a „beer experience”. That is why the brewery has a taproom where you can taste not only drinks brewed in the same building, but also try unique cuisine based on beer and inspired by its flavors. Our brewery is also actively involved in the life of the beer community by organizing the „most international” craft beer festival in Poland – Beer Geek Madness. At the end of 2021 Browar Stu Mostów cooperating with its partner, the Wrocław restaurant ‘La Maddalena’ opened a new facility ‘Browar Stu Mostów na Świdnickiej’ – the unique place in the heart of Wrocław.
