Między Mostami
Między Mostami restaurant is a relaxed, funky place with a long bar, a wide selection of low-intervention wines, progressive cocktails, quality spirits, and modern Polish cuisine. It offers pleasure, fun, a casual atmosphere, and the history of Wrocław.
The “Most” concept is an intimate, private room located at the back of the Między Mostami restaurant. It features a frequently changing seasonal tasting menu and the original cuisine of Chef Łukasz Budzik, crafted with passion and pleasure. Contrary to traditional fine dining restaurants, we play with flavors and textures, breaking established patterns. The “Most” concept includes an excellent selection of wines, bold pairings (including non-alcoholic options), and pure hedonism. Łukasz Budzik, the head chef of the restaurant Między Mostami and the degustation concept MOST, gained experience in 3-Michelin-star restaurants, including the renowned Arzak in San Sebastian and Guy Savoy in Paris. He was recognized by the inspectors of the yellow Gault&Millau guide as the Chef of Tomorrow. In the meantime, he reached the finals of the Top Chef program and won the 9th edition of Food&Wine Noble Night.
