On November 19, 2024, one of the most significant events for the Polish gastronomy industry will take place in Poznań – MADE FOR Restaurant – NEW RULES vol.2: AUTOMATION. This 26th edition of the conference, organized by FOR Solutions, focuses on the impact of automation and new technologies on the future of gastronomy. The organizers are asking fundamental questions about technology’s influence on gastronomy. The culinary industry balances between the traditional “romanticism” of the dining experience and the necessity of implementing automation, now standard across many industries.
