On November 19, 2024, one of the most significant events for the Polish gastronomy industry will take place in Poznań – MADE FOR Restaurant – NEW RULES vol.2: AUTOMATION. This 26th edition of the conference, organized by FOR Solutions, focuses on the impact of automation and new technologies on the future of gastronomy. The venue is also exceptional – the event will be held at ANDERSIA HOTEL & SPA POZNAŃ, a recognized leader in innovation within the hospitality industry.
New Rules for Gastronomy: Machines vs. Romanticism
The organizers are asking fundamental questions about technology’s influence on gastronomy. The culinary industry balances between the traditional “romanticism” of the dining experience and the necessity of implementing automation, now standard across many industries. MADE FOR Restaurant will tackle this topic without embellishment, confronting a vision of reality where automation becomes indispensable. Guests and participants will explore modern solutions and examples demonstrating how technology transforms kitchen work, customer service, and restaurant management – without losing the atmosphere that draws guests.
What Awaits Participants?
The conference starts at 11:30 AM, with a program packed with panels, workshops, tastings, and a culinary show lasting until midnight. Highlights of the program include:
- Presentation of the new MADE FOR Restaurant and ARC Rynek i Opinia Report, summarizing the state of Polish gastronomy in 2024 and predicting upcoming trends.
