Wrocław and Lower Silesia Promote the Region Together

From March 4–6, 2025, Wrocław once again showcased its tourism potential. Participation in ITB Berlin 2025, one of the most important global tourism events, was a significant step in promoting the city. The event also provided an excellent opportunity to build relationships with international partners.

A Joint Stand under the Polish Tourism Organisation

Wrocław took part in the fair as part of the Polish Tourism Organisation’s national stand. Alongside the Lower Silesia Tourism Organisation, the city promoted the attractions of the entire region. Moreover, the stand attracted the attention of both visitors and tourism professionals. As a result, it became a space for many inspiring meetings and business conversations.

Culture as Wrocław’s Strength – Event Partners

National Forum of Music and National Museum in Wrocław

Wrocław was also represented by key cultural institutions: the National Forum of Music and the National Museum in Wrocław. Their presence highlighted the importance of culture in the city’s promotion. Additionally, thanks to their diverse artistic offerings, they captured the attention of guests from around the world.

Visit from Ministry and PTO Representatives

The Wrocław stand was also visited by representatives of the national administration – Piotr Borys, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Sport and Tourism, and Rafał Szmytke, President of the Polish Tourism Organisation. These visits enabled direct dialogue on supporting Poland’s promotion in foreign markets.

Tourism Development Directions in Poland

During meetings, participants discussed the future of the tourism industry in Poland. Despite many challenges, the potential for cooperation between local governments and national organisations was strongly emphasised. As a result, the conversations also focused on strategic promotion of cities in the coming years.
