On March 18, another gastronomic industry meeting was held at The Bridge Wroclaw – MGallery with Maciej Dobrzyniecki.
Together with industry professionals, we discussed the challenges and future of Wrocław’s gastronomy, sharing experiences and seeking the best solutions for the sector’s development.
In the second part of the event, we had the pleasure of joining an inspiring online session with Przemysław Klima – chef and restaurateur, who earned two Michelin stars for Bottiglieria 1881 in Kraków. His passion, expertise, and innovative approach to cuisine were truly inspiring.
