On December 15 of the current year, a special meeting of the tourism industry took place at the Hotel Europejski, organized by the Lower Silesian Chamber of Tourism. The event primarily focused on summarizing the year 2023 and presenting the tourism development program for Wrocław for the years 2024-2030.

During the first part of the meeting, participants had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the results of the past year, conducting a detailed review of achievements and challenges that influenced the shaping of the local tourism sector.

Subsequently, the main attention was devoted to the presentation of an ambitious tourism development program for Wrocław for the next seven years. The presented initiatives and plans aim to enhance the city’s attractiveness for both domestic and international tourists. Key elements of the program include investments in tourism infrastructure, promotion of local attractions, and collaboration with industry partners.

A particular highlight of the meeting was the discussion of the Rose Garden in Forst and the European Association of Lusatian Parklands.

The organization of the event was supported by institutions such as the Lower Silesian Tourist Organization, the Marshal’s Office of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, the Municipal Office of Wrocław – Department of City Promotion and Tourism , Wrocław Tourist Organization, as well as strategic partners: Wrocław Airport, MerlinX, and SIGNAL IDUNA Poland.

The holiday and New Year’s meeting provided an excellent opportunity for exchanging experiences, establishing new collaborations, and strengthening ties among representatives of the tourism industry. The event undoubtedly aligns with the spirit of mutual inspiration and collaborative efforts to build the attractiveness of the tourism region.
