Kantyna

Kantyna is a restaurant born out of passion and a love for good food, set within the walls of a historic city townhouse. We have created a space where signature contemporary cuisine meets welcoming warmth, mindfulness, and relaxed ease. We rely on local ingredients that are close to our hearts, serving dishes that prioritize genuine flavor and purpose. We want Kantyna to be your refuge for a quick mid-day breather, an unhurried gathering with loved ones, or an evening dinner accompanied by a curated wine selection.

The project is brought to life by five partners – Małgorzata Karkocha-Jakubowska, Krzysztof Kusak, Rafał Borys, Marcin Węglowski, and Wiktor Witan, who leads our kitchen as executive chef. A commitment to local craftsmanship also defines our interior, created in collaboration with regional artists and brands from Lower Silesia, including Urszula Madera, Zielone Pojęcie, Manufaktura w Bolesławcu, and Zakwas Studio.
