On February 12, 2025, the Sztuka na Miejscu venue in Wrocław hosted a remarkable gathering of the local gastronomy industry. The event was led by Maciej Dobrzyniecki, President of the Polish Academy of Gastronomy, a distinguished culinary critic, and an advocate for gastronomy development on an international scale.

The first part of the meeting focused on reviewing the implementation of recommendations developed during previous training sessions and strengthening the sense of community among local restaurateurs. Discussions revolved around the challenges faced by the industry and opportunities for collective action to foster its growth.

Participants then had the unique opportunity to attend an inspiring online session titled “My Journey to the Stars” with Antonio Arceri, a Michelin-starred chef of Arco by Paco Perez, and recipient of the Bib Gourmand distinction for Treinta y Tres. Antonio shared insights into the workings of prestigious restaurants and provided practical advice on achieving excellence in the culinary arts.

This event was part of a series of industry meetings, organized in collaboration with the Economic Development Officeand the Department of City Promotion and Tourism of the Wrocław City Hall. The initiative aims to support the growth of Wrocław’s gastronomy scene, foster industry networking, and facilitate the exchange of valuable experiences.

A big thank you to all participants for their presence and engagement!
