Representatives of the tourism sector — including restaurateurs, hoteliers, attraction managers, and tour guides — will have the opportunity to participate in a specialized training focused on serving tourists from Arab countries.

The event titled “Service and Development of Tourism Offer for Visitors from Arab Countries” will take place on April 23, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Platinum Palace Boutique Hotel & SPA in Wrocław.

The training is a continuation of a highly popular series of meetings held in 2025. Its main objective is to develop competencies in delivering professional and culturally aware service to guests from Arab countries, as well as to better leverage the tourism potential of Wrocław and Lower Silesia.

Training Program

The training is divided into two parts:

Part I: Service and Experience of the Arab Tourist

  • understanding culture, customs, and socio-religious values,
  • effective communication and building trust-based relationships,
  • designing attractive tourism offers and appropriate storytelling,
  • basics of halal diet and halal-friendly solutions in gastronomy,
  • accommodation requirements and guest comfort expectations,
  • amenities that enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Part II: Workshop – SWOT Analysis

  • identification of the region’s and one’s own business potential,
  • analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats,
  • development of practical directions for offer improvement.

Organizers emphasize that developing cultural competencies and consciously building a tourism offer are key factors in increasing regional competitiveness and enhancing the quality of visitor experiences.

Expert with Extensive Experience

The training will be led by Krzysztof Steiman — an expert in Middle Eastern tourism and Commercial Director at Air Arabia. He has over 25 years of experience in the aviation industry and has been professionally cooperating with Gulf countries for 15 years. He lived in Qatar for several years and has visited nearly 85 countries as a traveler.

Registration and Participation

Participation in the training is free of charge, but the number of places is limited. Each participant will receive a certificate confirming attendance.

Registrations are accepted until April 21, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
